Welcome to the Tree of Life Community. This space is designed to support individuals in moving from merely existing to truly living—through identity, emotional regulation, boundaries, and the discipline of love.

By joining this community, you are entering into an agreement that protects the integrity, safety, and purpose of this space for all members.
Please read carefully.

1. Agreement to Participate

By joining the Tree of Life Community, you agree to:

• Engage with honesty and personal responsibility
• Participate with respect toward all members
• Take ownership of your growth and application of the principles taught

This is not a passive environment. It is a space for intentional growth, leadership, and transformation.

2. Community Purpose

The Tree of Life Community is designed to:

• Support personal growth and self-leadership
• Provide tools rooted in psychology and applied principles
• Foster healthy relationships through identity and boundaries
• Build a strong, respectful, and growth-oriented community

This is not a crisis service, therapy substitute, or emergency support system.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

To create a safe and trusted environment:

• All personal sharing within the community must remain confidential
• You may not share, record, screenshot, or distribute any content from sessions or discussions without written permission
• Respect the vulnerability and privacy of others at all times

Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the community.

4. Respectful Conduct

You agree to:

• Communicate with respect and maturity
• Avoid judgment, harassment, or harmful language
• Refrain from imposing personal beliefs (religious, political, or otherwise) onto others
• Engage in a way that builds—not divides—the community

This is a space for growth, not debate or persuasion.

5. Personal Responsibility

You understand and agree:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
• The content provided is for educational and personal development purposes
• You will apply principles at your own discretion

Tree of Life Counseling and Coaching is not liable for decisions made based on community participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, teachings, frameworks, and content shared within the community are the intellectual property of Tree of Life Counseling and Coaching.
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Teach or resell the content
• Use materials for commercial purposes

This protects the integrity and value of the work.

7. Membership & Payment Terms

• Membership is billed at $49.95 per month
• Payment is due on the agreed billing date
• Access to the community is granted only while membership is active
• Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

8. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your membership at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds will be issued

We encourage commitment to the process, as transformation takes consistency.

9. Removal from Community

Tree of Life Counseling and Coaching reserves the right to remove any member who:

• Violates confidentiality
• Disrupts the community environment
• Engages in harmful or disrespectful behavior
• Acts outside the values of the community

Removal may occur without refund.

10. Technology & Access

• You are responsible for having reliable internet and access to required platforms
• Tree of Life is not responsible for technical issues on the user's side

11. Disclaimer

This community provides coaching, education, and personal development tools.
It is not:

• Medical advice
• Psychological therapy or diagnosis
• Crisis or emergency support

If you require clinical or emergency support, please seek a licensed professional or appropriate services.

By joining the Tree of Life Community, you acknowledge that:

• You agree to abide by them fully
• You are choosing to participate in a space of growth, responsibility, and leadership
